Prepare and submit the Second Biennial Transparency Report/Fourth National Communication (BTR2/NC4) and the Third Biennial Transparency Report (BTR3). Key responsibilities include:

• Examining the technology transfer mechanism aligned with Cambodia’s priority sectors.
• Analyzing national circumstances, institutional arrangements, and country-driven strategies.
• Reviewing underlying assumptions, definitions, and methodologies.
• Compiling information on financial support needed and received under Article 9 of the Paris Agreement.
• Compiling information on technology development and transfer support needed and received under Article 10 of the Paris Agreement.
• Compiling information on capacity-building support needed and received under Article 11 of the Paris Agreement.
• Compiling information on support needed and received for the implementation of Article 13 and transparency-related activities.
• Compiling information on support provided and mobilized by developing country Parties.
