This senior role requires a proven track record of exceeding targets and building high-performing sales teams. Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives. - Manage and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distribution partners. - Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. - Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring profitable growth. - Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. Nice to have Experience in a Director-level sales role. Proficiency in sales CRM software. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience within the FMCG sector. Proven success in developing and executing effective sales strategies. Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities. Strong understanding of the Cambodian FMCG market, particularly in Phnom Penh. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
