About the role

Lead daily factory operations and production planning.
Ensure production targets, product quality and safety standards are achieved.
Strengthening SOPs, production controls and factory KPIs.
Improve productivity, efficiency, maintenance and factory organization.
Build stronger systems and accountability across factory operations.
Lead, coach and develop factory supervisors and employees.
Establish clear roles and responsibilities.
Build a professional culture based on accountability, team and respect.
Work closely with HR and other departments on force planning and development.
Maintain Tunsai Factory as a place where employees feel proud and valued.
Support development and testing of new products and technologies.
Identify opportunities to improve existing products and production processes.
Help develop the factory visitor experience.
Support hands-on ceramic activities where customers can experience making their own ceramic products.
Help connect Tunsai's modern products with Kampong Chhnang's pottery and ceramic heritage.

Requirements

Strong experience in manufacturing, engineering, production or factory management.
Good understanding of quality control and manufacturing systems.
Practical, hands-on and comfortable working on the factory floor.
Experience in ceramics, pottery or water technologies is an advantage but not essential.
Proven experience managing and developing people.
Able to introduce structure and discipline without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
Curious about product development and new technologies.
Comfortable engagement with customers and visitors.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Mature, trustworthy and able to take ownership.
