About the role

Create debt recovery plans for delinquent clients.
Assess and prioritize clients for resolution.
Actively collect payments from overdue clients.
Plan daily village visits based on assigned zones and update management and provincial directors weekly.
Develop strategies for resolving non-performing loans.
Collaborate with branch staff for effective issue resolution.
Report daily and weekly results.
Cooperate with local authorities to resolve client issues.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, Microfinance, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience with financial institutions is a plus.

Compensation Details

Bonus:13th month
