• Training and Development Officer is responsible for overseeing the training and professional development programs within the organization.
• The Training and Development Officer is focusing on enhancing the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of employees within the organization.
• He/she encompasses various activities aimed at improving employee performance, fostering career growth, and driving organizational success through continuous learning and professional development initiatives.
• Design, develop, and implement training programs according to the needs of various departments or job roles within the organization.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, and abilities among employees and training needs across different levels and functions of the organization.
• Facilitate training sessions, shops, and seminars either in or through virtual platforms.
• Provide engaging and interactive learning experiences for participants.
• Manage logistical aspects of training programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, participant registrations, and tracking attendance.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through various evaluation methods, such as feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Use feedback to continually improve training content and delivery methods.
• Advise employees on career development opportunities and assist in creating individual development plans.
• Coordinate with managers to support ongoing learning initiatives.
• Recommend relevant learning opportunities and resources to foster continuous growth and career advancement.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on training activities, outcomes, and future plans.
• Use data and insights to continuously improve and refine learning programs based on learner feedback and organizational needs.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field Learning and development or relevant experiences for 2 years as a minimum Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate setting Good commands in English and Khmer (writing, listening, and speaking) Good Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
