The National Value Chain Investment Specialist will be responsible for the implementation of the value chain development interventions in the respective area and to guide and coach PDoC Staff to facilitate and support value chain actors in strengthening linkages, business planning, investment analysis and other areas that lead to improve performance of the value chain system.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness Development, Marketing or relevant.
• Experience on value chain development in particular agriculture value chains, preferably working experience with private sector and with IFAD supported projects for 5 years as a minimum.
• Sound experience in business development, service provision and supply chain development; Experiences with management and market analysis, grant fund proposal/plan development, appraisal, monitoring and evaluation, and feasibility studies.
