About the role

Manage/lead the logistics and distribution to achieve department’s objectives.
Plan and optimize transportation routes to guarantee on-time, cost-effective deliveries.
Assist in monitoring, improving and governing logistics and distribution policies and procedures.
Conduct root-cause analysis for delivery failures, delays, or logistical bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and ensure that the Distribution and Logistics cost is valid and accurately invoiced.
Monitor and control the market returns and rejects from customers.
Monitor and control the issuance and return/de-hire of our leased pallets.
Verify all damage to our inventory and take immediate actions to prevent or contain damage.
Monitor, co-ordinate and ensure that our delivery requirements are fulfilled.
Prepare distribution and logistics management reports.
Maintain logs and generate reports on delivery times, cost-per-mile, and supply chain efficiency.
Co-ordinate and provide feedback on the receiving and un-stuffing of our inventory from our suppliers (local & overseas).
Coordinate and follow up with suppliers of all imports and exports shipment.
Closely with government stake holder for import and export licenses.
Recruit, train, supervise, and logistics personnel.
Ensure all operations adhere to local, national, and international trade laws, as well as specific industry standards.
Able to flexibly to deadlines and solve problems.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in administration, Warehouse, Store and/or Supply Chain or related field.
Import and Export or Logistics Management/Supply Chain Management for 3 to 5 years.
Microsoft Word & Excel (Advance level is a plus).
Outlook, Microsoft Team.
SAP or other stock system.
Good understand both of English specking & writing.
Good internal and communication skills in both local and English.
