• Review the endline quantitative section to inform manuscript preparation.
• Conduct rigorous qualitative coding and thematic analysis of in-depth interviews (IDIs) and focus group discussions (FGDs) for the endline survey.
• Prepare analytic memos, code transcripts, and draft the qualitative results section.
• Draft a manuscript by collaborating with the Helen Keller to ensure qualitative findings are appropriately integrated with the quantitative.

• Graduate-level training in qualitative research methods Track record analyzing data using Nvivo Experience on NCD risk in Cambodia context.
• Proficiency in qualitative data analysis software (NVivo or equivalent) Experience conducting inter-coder reliability assessments and mentoring junior researchers.
• Strong writing and synthesis skills for manuscript development.
• Ability to write in proficient English.
