About the role

Execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
Plan monthly digital marketing calendars.
Coordinate online campaigns with product launches, promotions, and seasonal activities.
Monitor competitors' digital marketing activities and industry trends.
Manage Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Schedule and publish engaging content.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments professionally.
Increase follower growth and engagement.
Work closely with Graphic Designers and Video Creators to produce high-quality content.
Prepare creative briefs and campaign concepts.
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines.
Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google, and YouTube advertising campaigns.
Monitor advertising budgets and campaign performance.
Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Identify new digital trends and opportunities.
Research consumer behavior and digital marketing best practices.
Monitor competitor activities.
Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Product Development, and External Agencies.
Support marketing events and promotional campaigns.
Assist with influencer and KOL collaborations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing.
Experience in FMCG is an advantage.
Social Media Management.
Meta Ads Manager.
TikTok Ads.
Google Ads.
Google Analytics (GA4).
Content Marketing.
Copywriting.
Canva (basic).
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Data Analysis.
Project Management.
English proficiency (written and spoken).
Strong communication skills.
