About the role

Develop a debt recovery plan for clients with overdue debts and clients who are more than 360 days late.
Evaluate and prioritize clients based on their repayment potential.
Conduct daily field visits to collect payments from delinquent clients.
Create daily field visit plans according to each area of responsibility and update managers and provincial branch directors weekly.
Develop strategies for resolving bad loans.
Cooperate with branch staff to ensure effective problem resolution and plan achievement.
Report daily and weekly results.
Cooperate with local authorities in resolving issues with clients.
Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, or Microfinance Institutions, or an equivalent diploma.
Better analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability and skills in planning and can work under difficult conditions.
Some knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Better computer knowledge.
Experience with financial institutions is prioritized.

Compensation Details

Bonus:13th month
