• As a one-to-one teaching assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the educational and emotional development of our incredible students.
• You will closely with the inclusion teacher, classroom teacher, parents, and other professionals to ensure that the student receives alized attention and achieves their maximum potential.
• Provide individualized support to the student, both academically and emotionally Collaborate with the classroom teacher to implement tailored strategies and interventions Foster a positive learning environment, promoting inclusion and engagement Assist with the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitor and record progress, providing ongoing feedback and reports to the appropriate stakeholders Ensure the safety and well-being of the student at all times Collaborate effectively with the wider community, including parents, caregivers, and external professionals.

Bachelor's Degree Previous experience ing as a teaching assistant or in a similar role is preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing situations A commitment to continuous professional development
