The consulting services involve the Consultancy Service for Digital Livestock Extension System (DLES).

• Shortlisting consultants will be required to meet the following minimum criteria: Core and Years in : Demonstrate 5-6 years of continuous operational experience in areas relevant to this assignment Specific Experience: Demonstrate at least 6-7 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing digital platforms, ICT service delivery systems, and/or multimedia IEC materials, especially for agriculture, livestock, or rural development programs/ 4-5 previous contracts of similar scope and nature to the assignment.
• Technical Capability: Demonstrated limited team composition and availability of experts as specified in Terms of Reference (TOR).
• Managerial Capability: Demonstrates 4-5 contracts of similar scope implemented in East Asia and the Pacific (EAP).
• Experience in Cambodia will be an advantage.
