About the role

The general objective of this tracer study is to verify key performance indicators (KPIs) and to collect feedback from the graduated trainees financed by the SDF under the Outputs 2 and 3 of the SFESDP.
The specific objectives of this assignment have two main purposes: To assess employment outcomes and employer satisfaction of SDF-financed training graduates, and identify implications for improving training providers and training program design, and To validate the KPIs of the SDF-funded skills training projects.
This assignment has two main tasks as follows: Task 1.
Analysis of feedback from the graduated trainees and employers on the training providers and training programs Task 2.
Verification of KPIs for awarded skills training projects.

Requirements

The method of selecting the consulting firm will be procured using the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Quality- and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method with a quality-cost ratio of 80:20, applying the Simplified Technical Proposal (STP) procedure.
The interested firms are invited to submit an amplified and detailed expression of interest (EOI) in reply to the advertisement which is posted on the ADB Consultant Management System website by 19 September 2026, 11:59 pm (Manila Time).
