About the role

Driving profitable growth through strategic sales execution, inventory optimization, and high-performance team leadership.
Maximize revenue by managing sales funnel performance, KPI governance, aged stock mitigation, and customer lifecycle strategies while aligning sales and marketing initiatives.
Cultivate executive and VIP client relationships, lead premium customer experiences, and represent luxury brands within influential communities.
Coach high-performing sales teams, develop performance-based cultures, implement operational excellence, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
Deliver commercial targets, enhance customer satisfaction (NPS), increase financial services penetration, and optimize dealership profitability through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Advanced certifications in Dealership Management, Automotive Finance, or Professional Sales Coaching are highly advantageous.
Professional experience as sales, not necessarily mandatory.
Leadership experience.
Experience in a motor vehicle company/industry (ideally automotive industry).
Further qualifications like track records even from other industries.
Very good knowledge of vehicles, especially with increasing complexity of cars and new types of engineering.
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive sales experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a Senior Sales Manager or GSM role.
