About the role

Plan for debt recovery for customers who have defaulted and customers who are overdue by 360 days or more.
Assess and categorize priorities for dealing with each customer.
Go out to collect payments regularly from overdue customers.
Make a daily village plan for each area managed and update it to the manager and provincial branch director weekly.
Develop strategies for resolving bad loans.
Cooperate with branch staff to ensure effective problem resolution to achieve targets.
Report on daily and weekly results.
Cooperate with local authorities in jointly resolving issues with customers.
Perform other tasks as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, or Microfinance Institution, or an equivalent degree.
Better analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability and skills in planning and able to work under difficult conditions.
Some knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Better computer knowledge.
Experience with financial institutions is preferred.

Compensation Details

Bonus:13th month
