Responsible for recruiting agents and managing agent operations in Pursat province.

• Find and recruit potential agents with the capacity to provide the company's services to customers.
• Manage and motivate agents' operations to align with the company's set goals and the Regional Manager's instructions.
• Seek additional opportunities for agents, such as assisting in introducing customers or partners' customers to conduct services through Ly Hour Veler Money agents.
• Train agents on operational knowledge for serving customers through the company's mPOS and digital mPOS machines.
• Find business partners in Pursat province to motivate agents to have more operations.
• Resolve agent issues.
• Report to the Regional Manager.

• Bachelor's degree or currently studying
• Experience in sales or customer relations
• Customer communication skills
• Knowledge related to products in the financial or banking sector
• Fast learner for new jobs and able to travel regularly to meet agents
