About the role

Implement a debt recovery plan for defaulted customers and customers overdue by 360 days or more.
Assess and rank priorities for customer resolution.
Conduct field visits to resolve and collect payments from overdue customers.
Develop daily field visit plans by area, and report weekly updates to managers and provincial branch directors.
Create strategies for resolving bad loans.
Collaborate with branch staff to ensure effective problem resolution and plan achievement.
Submit daily and weekly progress reports.
Cooperate with local authorities to resolve customer issues.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, or Microfinance, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of credit policy and procedures.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience with financial institutions is an advantage.

Compensation Details

Bonus:13th month
