About the role

The Advertising Manager plays a critical role in planning, executing, and overseeing comprehensive 360-degree advertising campaigns across print, out-of-home (OOH), television, retail media, and digital channels.
The successful candidate will direct campaign creation, manage media buying and agency partnerships, oversee dynamic ad production pipelines, and evaluate campaign performance to maximize brand reach, customer acquisition, and commercial growth across both retail and online channels.
Formulate, execute, and monitor quarterly and annual advertising strategy plans across print, OOH, broadcast, retail media, and digital advertising channels to boost brand equity and achieve revenue growth targets.
Maintain overall advertising brand standards, messaging consistency, creative presentation, and luxury visual guidelines across all advertising channels and promotional touchpoints.
Conduct thorough market research on upcoming beauty trends, media consumption patterns, competitor advertising strategies, and promotional positioning.
Forecast, allocate, and manage the advertising budget across media nets, agencies, and production vendors to maximize total advertising Return on Investment (ROI).
Lead creative ad development in collaboration with creative teams (graphic designers, video producers, and copywriters) to produce compelling print, video, OOH, and multimedia advertising assets.
Supervise media planning, ad placements, rate negotiations, and agency contracts across traditional media, digital ad nets, and retail ad placements.
Develop and manage strategic advertising partnerships with media owners, celebrity brand ambassadors, and influencer nets for co-branded advertising campaigns.
Blueprint and coordinate multi-channel advertising product launches, ensuring strict compliance with local advertising laws, media s, and legal disclaimer requirements.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Visual Merchandising teams to align above-the-line (ATL) advertising campaigns with in-store promotional setups, pop-up events, and retail displays.
Coordinate effectively with Brand, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, and external vendor partners to ensure inventory readiness during major advertising pushes and media launches.
Evaluate advertising performance using reach, frequency, impression metrics, and conversion analytics to prepare comprehensive advertising reports for executive leadership.
Mentor advertising specialists, conduct creative media review shops, and streamline campaign flow SOPs to build team capacity and operational efficiency.
Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, competitive landscapes, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct target market segmentation, consumer sentiment analysis, and product testing evaluations.
Translate data insights into actionable trade and brand initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience in advertising management, media buying, or campaign leadership within a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
