About the role

Register companies with the Ministry of Commerce, managing the process from application through incorporation.
Apply for, renew, and track Ministry licenses required for company and client operations.
Prepare and submit Ministry of Commerce (MoC) annual declarations on time and in full compliance.
Draft formal correspondence with the Securities Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC).
Visit ministries and government offices to submit documents and check application status.
Maintain organized, up-to-date records of filings, licenses, and government correspondence.
Review and draft commercial agreements and contracts on behalf of the company and its clients.
Advise clients and internal stakeholders on legal compliance and regulatory matters.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Corporate law, compliance, government relations).
1-3 years of experience.
Good working knowledge of Cambodian ministries, licensing procedures, and regulatory bodies; able to travel to ministries for document submission.
Prior experience with SERC filings and fund/investment-related regulatory matters.
Experience advising SME clients on legal and compliance matters.
