About the role

Support the Sales Director in developing new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, and educational institutions.
Conduct school visits, product presentations, and customer meetings.
Promote textbooks, digital learning solutions, and educational resources from our publishing partners.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers.
Coordinate with publishers regarding product information, and other inquiries Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities in the company database.
Assist in organizing workshops, book exhibitions, conferences, and marketing events.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
Provide excellent after-sales service and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Prepare regular sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback for the Sales Director.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, English, or a related field Sales, business development, or customer service (education industry is an advantage) for 1 to 2 years Good command of English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and willing to travel for customer visits.
