About the role

Support for IT requests (PC, Mac, Printers, Switches problems).
Installation & Administration of Windows servers.
Management of AD & Entra ID.
Microsoft 365 tasks: Promote usage of institutional technologies (Onedrive, Sharepoint, Teams).
Lead internal courses regularly organized by IT for IPC staff.
Create SharePoint-based document management systems, lists, forms, and approval flows.
Implement IPC intranet and knowledge database with Sharepoint.
Project Management software engineering: Collaborate with the different support & research units of IPC to ensure the deployment and maintenance of automated applications using Power Automate and related Microsoft 365 tools.
Collaborate with the IT Unit to ensure governance, security, and system integration.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and data protection standards.
