About the role

Performs administrative and clerical duties to support operations and ensure the efficient and timely submission of output and reports.
Responsible for all administrative tasks to support Sales team in achieving sales targets and company objectives.
Ensure the activities and events of marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives as an effective expenditure of resources. with Sales team to understand customer profiles, needs and problems.
Maintain up-to-date awareness of market activities, industry trends, and recommend Line Manager.
Under the direction from Line Manager, manage the events and promotion materials’ suppliers in monitoring s, deliverables and providing post-event evaluation report.
Provide update on new project list and follow up with Sales team.
Follow up payment collection from customers.
Prepare Sale Order and quotation.
Team engagement to be a long-term company.
Participate and provide necessary support to Dynamic Group.
Comply with the company rules and regulations.
Complete other assigned tasks by Line Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in administration or equivalent.
Fresh graduate or 1 years’ experience in administrative.
Intermediate English level Having relevant ing experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applications Soft Skill Communication skills Interal skills Analysing and critical thinking.
