• Provide technical leadership and advice on water governance and climate-resilient water management under the ACP4Climate program.
• Support policy dialogue, institutional strengthening, integrated water resources management, river basin planning and water governance reforms.
• Contribute technical expertise to governance mechanisms, stakeholder consultations and policy dialogue processes.
• Lead and support capacity-building, learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives across government and partner organisations.
• Review and provide strategic input to technical reports, policies, plans.
