• Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing, sales, and digital marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives, increase brand awareness, drive sales growth, and maximize (ROI).
• Manage the organization's digital presence by overseeing social media platforms, maintaining website content, coordinating digital marketing accounts and agencies, refining the digital marketing mix, and promoting the organization's services through Facebook and other online channels.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, advertising, public relations, sponsorships, sales promotions, direct marketing activities, and community engagement initiatives to strengthen the organization's reputation and generate prospective student and parent enquiries.
• Organize, promote, and participate in admissions events, study abroad seminars, open days, exhibitions, education fairs, marketing booths, and other promotional activities in collaboration with the Events Management team and relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the production of marketing materials and promotional collateral, including brochures, prospectuses, digital content, and other communication materials, while working closely with designers and external partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, community partners, media representatives, digital agencies, and other strategic partners to expand marketing opportunities, enhance brand visibility, and generate new business enquiries.
• Support sales and customer engagement activities by following up with prospective customers, making outbound calls, implementing sales strategies, identifying feeder schools and community partners, and nurturing relationships to increase enrolments.
• Prepare, monitor, and present marketing plans, budgets, performance reports, market research, and data analysis related to Study Abroad, examinations, English language learning courses, and other organizational services, ensuring activities are delivered within approved budgets.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors, managers, the Marketing and Sales team, and other departments to ensure the successful planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing, communications, and promotional initiatives.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and other related fields
