• Implement the Liberty Mastery Series Curriculum effectively and consistently.
• Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities.
• Assess and document student learning and progress regularly.
• Provide appropriate supervision, guidance, and support to students.
• Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
• Work closely with and mentor classroom assistants.
• Prepare teaching materials, learning centers, and classroom resources.
• Maintain an organized, purposeful, and visually engaging classroom.
• Communicate regularly with parents and the academic department regarding student progress.
• Prepare student report cards and other required academic documentation.
• Contribute ideas and support the ongoing development of the school's curriculum.
• Contribute to the school's monthly newsletter and other educational communications.
• Take responsibility for the proper use and care of materials, equipment, and resources.
• Participate actively in professional development, training, activities, and events.
• Carry out other reasonable responsibilities assigned by management.

• Fluent is required. Undergraduate Degree in Education or related field is preferred.
