About the role

Assist in the implementation of after-service directly assisting the Technical Manager.
Support specific interventions on site, sourcing technical equipment and developing technical documents and specifications.
Mission 1: Technical support Participate in the elaboration of the Standards, Procedures and Policies of the technical department.
Participate in critical interventions assigned by the manager.
Support technicians and other team members on site intervention visits.
Participate in the deployment of the Kiosk 2.0.
Support the implementation of R&D piloting and translation (SOP, procedure, specification, etc.).
Mission 2: Procurement sourcing Participate and support the procurement department by sourcing potential suppliers.
Update the technical equipment’s catalogue according to the needs of the technical department.
Visit potential suppliers and evaluate suppliers to check the quality of the equipment.
Mission 3: Training/Capacity buildings Support the Technician Supervisor to develop training contents.
Participate in the trainings.
Participate in the Technical Committee.
Mission 4: Other tasks Support some research activities as assigned by the Technical Water Quality Manager.
Other tasks assigned by the Technical Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Plumbing.
Bachelor's Degree in water environmental engineering, water treatment system/plumbing system, or related field.
Technician in Construction for 3-5 years is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Khmer and English).
Excellent organizational skills and able to do multi-tasks.
Knowledge in technical skills, electricity and plumbing drawing is a plus.
