About the role

The National Procurement Specialist Consultant will be contracted for fifty-three (53) months from the contract signing date, with the possibility of extension depending on satisfactory performance, project needs, and fund availability.
The contract is subject to a three-month probation period.
Performance will be evaluated annually, in addition to the assessment during the probation period by the Director of the Project Financial Unit.
The Procurement Review Committee will discuss the performance review results when considering contract extensions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, business administration, law, civil engineering, or a related field as a minimum.
At least relevant experience in procurement, focusing on procurement processes in the public sector or international development projects for 8 years as a minimum.
At least experience with World Bank-funded projects or other international organizations for 5 years is preferred.
