About the role

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the company's overall financial operations and reporting directly to the Board of Directors (BOD).
Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial reports.
Manage and forecast budgets and cash flow.
Manage risks, monitor, and audit internal controls.
Lead and develop the finance team.

Requirements

Educational Level: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
Work Experience: At least 3 years of management experience.
Skills and Knowledge: General and technical skills.
Priority given to experience in the retail/FMCG sector.
Ability to use the English language.
Soft Skills: High integrity.
