• Organize weekly lesson plans and conduct teaching according to students' capacity and actual understanding.
• Implement active and participatory teaching methods, integrating reading, thinking, playing, and drawing activities to make learning engaging and enjoyable.
• Create and innovate learning aids (teaching materials, learning games, and drawings) to encourage active child participation in learning.
• Provide special support to slow learners or children with special needs using flexible methods tailored to each child.
• Create a safe, friendly, inclusive, and age-appropriate learning environment.
• Promote positive discipline, mutual respect, and good habits in the classroom regularly.
• Strictly adhere to and implement child protection principles and work ethics.
• Maintain and manage classroom materials, environment, and atmosphere to be clean, orderly, and safe at all times.
• Record student attendance regularly and follow up on absences to respond promptly.
• Regularly assess children's progress in Khmer language, mathematics, and arts through tests, games, and practical observation.
• Cooperate with project staff in measuring height, weighing, and monitoring children's health/nutrition status monthly.
• Record and prepare progress reports of students or other challenges to the project manager within the deadline.
• Build close relationships and communicate regularly with parents/guardians in case of student absences, challenges, or to share children's progress.
• Participate in technical meetings and various training organized by the unit/project to further develop skills.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned or requested by the direct supervisor according to the unit/project's actual needs.

Requirements: Languages: Khmer

• Fluency is essential English
• Basic level is preferred Educational Level: Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or Sociology is essential Work Experience: 2 years of practical teaching and lesson plan preparation experience in NGOs and community development is essential
