About the role

The purpose of the consultancy is to conduct a midterm review of the Skills for Better Jobs Project (SBJ).
This includes assessing the project's progress, identifying challenges, and recommending adjustments for the remaining implementation period.

Requirements

Master's Degree in economics, social development, statistics, or related fields with 12 years of general experience as a minimum.
Project design, project implementation and evaluation for 10 years as a minimum.
Experience in 2 MTR projects evaluations funded by World Bank, ADB, or other major donors in Cambodia; Demonstrate strong knowledge at least 5 years of statistics and evaluation techniques and bring experience in the preparation and implementation of socio-economic surveys as well as data analysis; Expertise at least 2 projects in different methods in data collection tools and skillful in conducting data analysis to compile MTR project evaluation results; High level proficiency of English and strong Khmer communications skills; Sound knowledge of computer software programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
