Support the recruitment process and employer branding aiming to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize Application Tracking List to track applicant’s progress throughout the recruitment process.
• Arrange interview schedule between candidates and hiring managers.
• Record job requisition received and update statuses to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
• Support on administrative work on preparing Job Offer Letter and Employment Contract to successful candidates.
• Generate and manage HR Information System to create new Staff ID for new hires to facilitate their integration into system.
• Oversee staff profile to ensure all employee data is current and accurately reflects their role and status within the organization.
• Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Education, Economics, Administration Management or other related fields
