About the role

Plan debt recovery for defaulted clients and clients with overdue payments of 360 days or more.
Assess and prioritize to resolve with each client.
Resolve and collect payments regularly from overdue clients.
Plan daily village visits according to each area managed and update the manager and provincial branch director weekly.
Develop strategies to resolve bad loans.
Collaborate with branch staff to effectively resolve issues and meet plans.
Report daily and weekly results.
Collaborate with local authorities to resolve issues with clients.
Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, or Microfinance Institution, or equivalent.
Better analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability and skills in planning and ability to work under difficult conditions.
Some knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Better computer knowledge.
Experience with financial institutions is given priority.
