About the role

Support retail sales activities to achieve targets and drive market growth.
Build strong relationships with key accounts and deliver responsive service.
Monitor promotions, stock levels, and product visibility in stores.
Coordinate with merchandising and supply teams to ensure timely replenishment.
Track sales results, prepare reports, and recommend actions for improvement.
Coach and guide the sales team to improve execution and customer handling.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in , Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven sales experience, ideally in FMCG or retail trade channels.
Strong knowledge of retail operations, key accounts, and trade execution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Able to analyze sales data and prepare clear performance reports.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Willing to in Phnom Penh and travel as needed.
