About the role

The CAPRED Facility, implemented by Cowater International and funded by DFAT, is piloting a project to stimulate Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) among licensed Private Water Operators (PWOs) in Cambodia's rural clean water sector.
The project aims to support growth pathways for PWOs, including mergers or acquisitions that can enhance financial sustainability, expand coverage, and professionalize operations.
CAPRED will co-design tailored support packages with interested PWOs to facilitate M&A deals.
This support may include advisory on valuation and due diligence, business planning and access to finance, and linkages among selling and buying PWOs.
