About the role
- World Vision International in Cambodia is seeking a contract with a professional janitorial service provider.
- The service provider will be responsible for ensuring office cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep.
- Expected outputs include coordinating the delivery of cleaning materials to WVI offices, spot-checking cleaner performance, providing technical support, and offering appropriate replacements within one hour of absenteeism notification.
- The provider will be responsible and accountable for any incident cases involving cleaners after investigation.
Requirements
- Should have a good history in the cleaning service.
- Should provide references of contracts with other companies.
- Should demonstrate a capability to manage their personnel on the ground.
- Should demonstrate that they have an acceptable cleaning-training program and that the personnel offered will have received proper cleaning training.
- Must be able to provide relievers at short notice.
- Must be properly registered in accordance with Cambodia laws and legislation.
- Must ensure that cleaning personnel are given sufficient rest days.
- Legally registered with relevant ministries.
- Reference with other customers.
- Sign confirmed on WV’s Policy Child Protection, Anti-corruption, Supplier Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest.
- Ownership structure.
