About the role

Support targeted 20 government buildings and 10 education establishments to phase out SUP by 2030 through capacity building, practical guideline implementation, and installments of water dispensers, including campaigns and public engagements.
Develop an inception report establishing the methodology, plan, and tools for engaging the 30 targeted institutions, including a site assessment questionnaire and training across Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and Preah Sihanouk.
Deliver 2 days of capacity building training to institutional focal points using the Output 2.2.1 training manual, supported by outreach materials and pre- and post-training evaluations to measure knowledge gain.
Conduct site assessments at all 30 targeted institutions to evaluate infrastructure readiness and produce recommendations for water dispenser installations.
Submit a consolidated final report covering site assessment findings, training impact, lessons learned, and proposed follow-up actions for MOE consideration.
