Senior Finance Manager

The Senior Finance Manager will provide the strategic and operational leadership for the full finance function across the national office, field operations, grants, sponsorship, and other funding streams. Reporting directly to the Finance and Support Services Director, the role ensures strong financial stewardship, compliance, internal controls, reliable reporting, risk management, systems improvement, and effective finance partnering to support strategy execution and organizational accountability.

• Lead the overall finance function for WV Cambodia by ensuring effective accounting, month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, cash flow management, payments, payroll and benefits payment oversight, support cost analysis, and timely financial reporting for management decision-making.
• Lead budget planning, forecasting, donor financial reporting, funding analysis, support cost monitoring, and alignment of financial plans with national strategy and program priorities.
