About the role

Provides day-to-day accounting, administrative, and logistical support to project operations at the provincial level.
Ensures accurate financial record-keeping, compliance with API policies and donor requirements, efficient office administration, and effective logistical support for project activities, staff, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Prepare the monthly cash advances based on the monthly approval of the plan in collaboration with the project team and submit them on time to Headquarters.
Prepare the cash settlements and make sure they are settled on time and properly, with supporting documents in accordance with policy.
Prepare the other requests for payment to service providers and suppliers and purchase office stationery & supplies, etc. Manage field cash disbursements to beneficiaries while implementing the actions and make sure they are the correct amount and follow the policy, etc. Collect all invoices & receipts and make sure all of them have full information (such as date, contact number, signature, note information, no erasures, correct quantity, correct calculation figures, etc.), and complete signatures in accordance with the level of authorization.
