About the role

Collaborative Goal Tracking: Partnering with families, general educators, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to fulfill the student's Success Plan.
Provide constant supervision to minimize safety concerns for the student or peers, while actively ing toward fading support and increasing independence and appropriate social interactions.
Clear communication: update family, implement recommendations from staff, suggest changes to support the student.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology, or Child Development.
Prior experience ing with young children, specifically those with autism or developmental delays.
Experience in collecting and interpreting data to address challenging behaviors.
Knowledge of adapting curriculum to ensure access.
Behavioral training such as ABA or augmentative and communication AAC training or experience is a plus.
