• The Financial Manager will oversee the daily financial, accounting, budgeting, cashflow, procurement, and internal control operations of the resort.
• The Financial Manager will play an important operational leadership role in ensuring financial discipline, cost control, operational efficiency, asset protection, and accurate financial reporting while supporting management and ownership with financial analysis and operational reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and cashflow reports Monitor daily revenue, expenses, and resort financial performance Maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with Cambodian regulations and accounting standards Assist with annual budgeting and financial forecasting Ensure timely reconciliation of all accounts and banking records Monitor operational cashflow and working capital Control procurement, inventory, and operational expenses Implement and maintain internal financial control systems Ensure proper handling of resort cash, deposits, collections, and disbursements Monitor payroll and staff-related expenses Support protection of company assets through financial controls Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of financial records and contracts Ensure tax compliance and support government reporting requirements Support audits and financial inspections Work closely with the CEO and department heads Support operational cost control and revenue monitoring Assist management with financial analysis and reporting Participate in improving operational efficiency and financial systems Supervise accounting and finance staff Promote discipline, professionalism, and accountability Assist with staff training and financial SOP implementation.
