About the role

Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Monitor sales performance, follow up on leads, and support customer retention efforts.
Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Prepare sales reports, track market trends, and recommend improvement actions.
Support promotional activities, product launches, and sales campaigns.
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally to maintain service quality.
Ensure team members follow company policies, sales standards, and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in , Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales, development, or supervising a sales team.
Experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Able to analyze sales data and use it to improve performance.
Confident, organized, and able to under pressure.
Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
