SUMMARY We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to identify and attract top-tier, diverse talent for our organization. This role is crucial for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for Hong Kong and Taiwan. • Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation. • Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels. • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
