Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in development studies, social sciences, statistics, or related field.
Experience in NGO monitoring and evaluation, preferably within child protection, education, or community development for 5 years as a minimum.
Proficiency in data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting using relevant software (Excel, Google Sheets, Kobo, or similar).
Experience designing and using M&E frameworks, tools, and databases.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to communicate findings clearly to a range of stakeholders.
Fluency in Khmer and English (spoken and written).
