About the role

Develop debt recovery plans for clients with written-off debts and those over 360 days overdue.
Assess and rank clients based on priority for resolution.
Collect payments regularly from overdue clients.
Plan daily village visits according to each specific area, and update the manager and provincial director weekly.
Create strategies for resolving problematic loans.
Collaborate with branch staff to ensure effective problem resolution and plan achievement.
Report daily and weekly results.
Cooperate with local authorities to resolve issues with clients.
Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, or Microfinance, or an equivalent degree.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan and work under difficult conditions.
Basic knowledge of credit policy and procedures.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience with financial institutions is an advantage.

Compensation Details

Bonus:13th month
