It operates a daily performance venue in Siem Reap, Cambodia, called “Phare, the Cambodian Circus”.</div><div class="blog-text"> </div><div class="blog-text">Roles and Responsibilities:<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-0">Proactively identify and secure new corporate clients and business opportunities, including off-site and on-site engagements. </li><li class="indent-0">Handle the entire sales process from initial inquiry and proposal creation to contract negotiation and closing. </li><li class="indent-0">Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and event planners to foster loyalty and repeat business. </li><li class="indent-0">Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (operations, production, and artistic) to ensure smooth planning and delivery of customized performances. </li><li class="indent-0">Ensure clear communication and coordination across departments to deliver high-quality client experiences. </li><li class="indent-0">Contribute to the development and execution of integrated sales strategies and marketing plan for all services. </li><li class="indent-0">Represent the organization at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build strategic partnerships. </li><li class="indent-0">Keep a record of company contacts and track sales calls, interactions, opportunities and follow-ups using the CRM (Salesforce). </li><li class="indent-0">Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts (monthly, quarterly, and annual) to the Director of Sales and Marketing. </li><li class="indent-0">Monitor sales performance and MICE to achieve revenue targets </li><li class="indent-0">Uphold accountability  for assigned tasks  and KPIs  as directed by  the line supervisor. </li></ul>Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification):<ul class="job-detail-req"><li>Proven track record in B2B corporate sales, with a focus on events, entertainment, or a related field. </li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients and internal teams. </li></ul></div><div class="blog-text"><div class="blog-text">Please send CV and cover letter to Email:      hr@pharecircus.org Phone:    063966435 Website:  https://pharecircus.org/join-the-team Please mention "www.Cambodiajobs.Biz" where you saw the ad when you apply!   </div></div></div><div class="blogger-post-footer">Moreinfo: http://cambodiajobs.blogspot.com</div>.
