Site OM Manager

• Operates, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains all mechanical, I/,C and electrical equipment as required to support plant operation and maximize shareholder value and specific solar farm operation and maintenance.
• Safety & Emergency Lead preparations for large-scale outage/restoration and complex operations, hazard analysis and on-site supervision; lead emergency response and minimize plant downtime; organize safety activities, seasonal safety inspections, safety assessments and near-miss control Planning & Reporting Develop the "Two-Measures" Plan and annual/quarterly/monthly plans and oversee implementation; sign and submit reports and summaries on ; strong budgeting and reporting skills.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering General & Technical Skills Relative skill certification Technical Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, substations, SCADA, and grid interconnection requirements; familiar with on-site operation procedures, emergency response plans, typical operation tickets and "Two-Tickets" Maintenance Experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs; organize equipment maintenance and regular inspection of safety tools, fire protection, communication and living facilities; maintain civilized production Performance Experience with performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and plant optimization to maximize availability and energy yield; chair fault/abnormality/operation analysis meetings Data & Software Proficiency in data analysis, performance reporting, and O&M management software; manage staff training and computer system applications
