Assist clients with the complete process of buying, selling, and leasing residential properties, focusing on ensuring high satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Proactively handle both inbound inquiries and engage in cold calling and prospecting to build and develop a robust client portfolio. Conduct continuous market research, trend analysis, and competitor reviews to inform advice and maintain the property database. Carry out property inspections with prospective clients and assist in complex negotiations between clients and developers/owners. Prepare accurate property listings for the website, handle customer service and complaint resolution, and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in a Sales/Marketing position, ideally within the Cambodian real estate sector. Mandatory fluency in English (verbal and written). Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and an outgoing, positive attitude suitable for client-facing sales roles. Bachelor's degree in any related field (or a college education with a commitment to further professional training). Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people. Good proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
