About the role

Recruitment end to end: job posts, screening, practical tests, and onboarding.
Monthly staff KPIs and quarterly performance reviews across all departments.
Monthly HR reports with analysis and recommendations for management.
Staff contracts, policies, discipline, and day-to-day staff support.
Payroll process and other compliance.
Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Have 3+ years in HR, with hands-on recruitment and performance review experience.
Are comfortable with Excel, online systems, and AI tools.
Write clear reports in Khmer and English.
Can run a process independently and bring solutions, not just problems.
Are discreet and fair, trusted by both staff and management.
