CAPRED is seeking applications from qualified Cambodian and international Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) and technology distributors to participate in the ESCO Pilot Demonstration Program.
The implementation process involves selecting project owners, selecting and matching ESCOs, conducting Level 2 Energy Audits, consultations with project owners, conducting Investment Grade Audits (IGA), contract negotiation and execution, project implementation, and Measurement and Verification (M&V).

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Corporate Eligibility: Be a legally registered company or entity in Cambodia or another country.
Have the legal authority to enter into contracts and undertake commercial activities.
Demonstrate sound financial and operational capacity to implement energy efficiency projects under the ESCO model.
International applicants are encouraged to partner with or establish a local presence in Cambodia for project implementation.
Technical Experience: Demonstrate experience in developing and implementing energy efficiency projects in commercial, industrial, or other energy-intensive sectors.
Demonstrate experience in the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and optimisation of energy-efficient technologies and systems.
Demonstrate experience in conducting energy audits, identifying EEMs, and preparing technical and financial proposals.
