• Assist the Production Supervisor in overseeing daily production operations and ensuring production targets are achieved.
• Supervise production team leaders and operators during assigned shifts.
• Monitor production s and support efficient manpower and material utilization.
• Ensure product quality complies with company standards and report quality issues promptly.
• Support training and coaching of new employees and promote place safety.
• Assist in identifying and resolving production problems to minimize downtime.
• Prepare daily production reports and update production records accurately.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Production Supervisor or Production Manager.
